The Sugarless Chocolate Cake

Ever since my family went on a no-sugar diet, my friends have been asking me questions concerning my sugarless lifestyle.

The most popular questions being: "How on Earth do you do it?" and "How are you not crazy yet?".

Well, I've never really had a deep emotional connection with sugar, so it wasn't hard for me to withdraw from it.

Also, I am not completely missing out on sweetness. We make sweets too, except we don't use sugar but stevia, it tastes exactly like sugar...but completely different.

One of the desserts my mom bakes is the Sugarless Chocolate Cake, which a friend of mine had called a "big fat plate of empty promises".

The chocolate cake looks like a regular chocolate cake, but when you finally get it into your mouth expecting pure chocolate delight you will be met with a bitter taste. Your hopes and dreams will diminish and you would want to cry. As what my friend had done.

But honestly, the cake isn't THAT bad at all. It's actually really good once you get over the fact that it isn't sweet. Once you do, you will realize that it is what dreams are made of.

That's all!
